Benefits Of RTO
Customer Criteria
- Renters are eligible for RTO, with a signed landlord release from the property owner.
- Customer cannot be in active bankruptcy.
- We will RTO up to $20,000. Some products may require a security deposit plus the first payment to be made at the time the RTO contract is generated.

Multiple Options to Pay Monthly Payments
We provide our customers with multiple ways that they can make their monthly payments.
Customers have the option to pay online 24/7 through our online payment portal using a credit or debit card or by ACH. They also have they option to set up automatic payments online.
Customers may call our office and make a payment or set up on autopay with one of our friendly account representatives. Our Account Representatives are ready to assist you with your payment needs Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST.
We also accept payments by mail. We ask that your include your account number with any payments being mailed in to our office.
